西川煤矿工作面上隅角CO来源分析研究

Study on Analysis of Source of CO in the Upper Corner on the Working Face of Xichuan Coal Mine

摘要: 针对西川煤矿采煤工作面在回采过程中,上隅角频繁出现的CO浓度超过标准要求的问题,有针对性的通过现场实验、实验室论证等方法对西川煤矿工作面上隅角CO来源进行分析研究,确定西川煤矿1113工作面上隅角处CO来源主要为采空区遗煤的低温氧化,其次为工作面煤体的低温氧化和煤壁煤体在采煤机切割过程中发生的高温氧化以及煤分子部分共价键断裂生成的CO,煤层原生赋存CO的释放可以排除。

Abstract: Abstract: The study on analysis of source of CO in the upper corner on the working face of Xichuan coal mine was carried out through field experiments and laboratory demonstration methods in terms of frequent occurrence of CO in the upper corner with concentration exceeding the standard requirements in the coal mining process of working surface of Xichuan coal mine, which determined that the main source of CO in the upper corner of 1113 working surface of Xihcuan coal mine is the low temperature oxidation of residual coal in goaf, followed by low-temperature oxidation of coal body on the working surface, and high-temperature oxidation of coal body of coal wall in the cutting process of coal mining machine and CO generated due to rupture of covalent bond of coal molecular. The release of CO of original occurrence in the coal seam can be eliminated.
